Principles - a
fundamental understanding of the device's material properties
and biomechanical/physiological conditions which it witnesses
in
vivo is essential for design of a durable, effective
device.
Laboratory
Testing - benchtop
experiments that accurately mimic physiological conditions to
predict device performance in vivo.
Clinical
Evaluation - retrospective
appraisal of device performance with critical examination of
